ExPress® Soymeal and Oil
Ag Com has been processing all-natural ExPress® soymeal in South Central PA since 1990. Our commitment to a consistent, high-standard extrusion process ensures that every load delivers a superior nutritional animal feed product with high digestibility and increased energy levels. Unlike traditional solvent extraction methods, our facility uses zero chemicals or additives, relying instead on mechanical friction and heat to breakdown anti-nutritional factors and extract oil. Our approach not only provides high-quality feed ingredients for poultry and livestock but also creates a marketing opportunity for local PA farmers to move their soybeans into a premium, value-added supply chain right here in our community.
All-Natural Soybean meal
Our ExPress® soymeal is mechanically pressed to achieve a specialized balance of high protein and 6 to 8% residual oil. This chemical-free process optimizes metabolizable energy and increases Rumen Undegradable Protein (RUP) for superior bypass value. It serves as a premium, highly digestible alternative to conventional solvent-extracted meal for high-production poultry and livestock.
High Energy Density
ExPress® typically retains 6 to 8% residual oil. This higher fat content increases the metabolizable energy (ME) value.
Chemical-Free Process
Ag Com’s all-natural meal is extruded at 320°F and mechanically pressed without chemicals like hexane, which are used in conventional soymeal processing.
Increased Bypass Protein
The high-heat/short-time extrusion increases the amount of bypass protein (RUP). This allows more protein to reach the small intestine for absorption, creating higher milk yields.
Superior Digestibility
The mechanical shearing and heat deactivate trypsin inhibitors, resulting in higher ileal digestibility of essential amino acids and better feed conversions.

Extruded Full-Fat Soymeal
By retaining 100% of the soybean’s natural oil, our Full-Fat Soy provides a concentrated caloric density that eliminates the need for supplemental fat additions in the mixer. The high-shear extrusion precisely manages heat to neutralize anti-nutritional factors while maximizing the availability of essential amino acids. The result is a highly palatable, energy-dense component designed for rapid weight gain and peak animal health.
Soybean Oil
Our soybean oil is mechanically extracted without the use of chemical solvents, providing a pure, high-energy liquid ingredient that is ideal for balancing rations and enhancing palatability in poultry and livestock feed.
